Reliance Jio shocked Indians by offering the services that no one even imagined. However, many Jio customers are facing problems like call drops, Slow internet speed etc. There were many hacks which can help you increase your Reliance Jio Speed. But, there is no improvement in free calls section. As reported by BGR, they have come across a report about an issue relation to Reliance Jio’s incoming and outgoing calls. The reports claim that Reliance Jio is not letting users be on a call for more than 30 minutes. If you were a part of Welcome Offer then there is a restriction in an internet, users can only use 4 GB high-speed data after 4GB speed will be dropped at 128kbps. However, there is no restriction in voice calls. So, the voice calls remain unlimited. According to reports from Maktechblog, the blog puts a test by making a call from Reliance Jio to Idea Cellular and vice versa and noticed that the call was cut just after the duration of 30 Minutes. They also shared a screenshot to give some more clarifications. Many users also claimed that their incoming or outgoing voice calls are being cut at exactly 30-minute mark. Reliance Jio didn’t mention anything about the 30 Minute call cut issue. However, we could expect this measure is being taken just to reduce the congestion on the networks.
