Although this new device aesthetically follows the lines of its predecessor, but, still there are several new features that make the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 one of the most innovative in its segment. So, let’s know everything about the new Samsung Galaxy Note 9! The South Korean giant Samsung just introduced the all-new Galaxy Note 9! According to the company itself, S Pen remains the main reason why the Note is different from other equipment and also one of the characteristics that lead users to acquire this phablet. In addition to the somewhat slimmer design compared to Note 8, this new version of Note comes with a 4000 mAh battery (21% more capacity compared to Note 8), with fast charging technology, which ensures excellent autonomy taking into account all optimization in terms of software. Also noteworthy for support for Wi-Fi networks, with the standard 802.11 ac (2.4Ghz/5Ghz), which allows data transfer speeds in the order of 1.2 Gbps, and Bluetooth 5.0. It also comes with the array of sensors already associated with Samsung smartphones and facial recognition and iris reader. This new model has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen, which offers a Quad HD+ resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels (516 dpi). In terms of RAM, the Galaxy Note 9 is available in two versions: 6 GB (LPDDR4) with 128 GB of internal storage or 8 GB (LPDDR4) with 512 GB of internal storage. In both versions, there is also the possibility to expand the storage via MicroSD card with a maximum capacity of 512 GB. This means that in the 8GB version of RAM, the device can have up to 1TB of storage memory. In terms of operating system, the Galaxy Note 9 comes with Android 8.1 Oreo, modified by the Samsung Experience user interface. The SoC that will equip the Galaxy Note 9 will depend on the market for which it is intended but will be an octa-core with a 10nm construction. Compared to the Galaxy Note 8, the new Galaxy Note 9 performance at CPU and GPU level is 33% higher and 23% higher, respectively, according to the South Korean giant Samsung. At the photography level, the Galaxy Note 9 comes with a dual camera with optical image stabilization on both sensors. One of them 12 MP has F/1.5 and F/2.4 aperture.
The new S Pen is more functional and comes with the remote control
As we all know that S Pen always comes with several new features. Samsung’s “smart pen” now has a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) antenna that lets you perform a variety of actions from a distance, working as a remote control style. With the new S Pen, it is possible, for example, to control a presentation in PowerPoint, control the photo gallery, YouTube, take selfies all this remotely. The new Galaxy S Pen is loaded through the Note 9 itself and only takes 40 seconds to have a 30 minute or 200 clicks. Moreover, as it is expected, Fortnite reaches Android through Samsung on the day Note 9 arrives and it’s no coincidence. As the South Korean giant Samsung has endowed the new Note with specifications that make it a gaming smartphone, in addition to all its productive capacity. The new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 comes with a Water Carbon Cooling system that will keep the smartphone at a more stable temperature and features artificial intelligence capabilities that will be able to assess the performance of the device and tweak its features for a more immersive gaming experience.
Samsung DeX reinvented
The Galaxy Note 9 gives access to DeX that now allows for greater portability by connecting the smartphone to a monitor via an HDMI cable, running the smartphone as touchpad and taking advantage of the new features of the S Pen as a “remote control”.
