Top 10 Fastest Cars in Forza Horizon 5
Zenvo TSR-S
Compared to the McLaren P1, the Zenvo TSR-S outpaces it in every category, from torque to top speed. Under the hood is the Zenvo TSR-S’ prized possession: a supercharged 5.8L V8 engine, along with 1177 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque. What that equates to is the Zenvo TSR-S reaches a top speed of 265 MPH, twelve miles faster than the McLaren P1. From 0 to 60, it only needs 2.7 seconds.
Bugatti Veyron Super Sport
The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport may not be the fastest Bugatti, but it comes close. If the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport were available in Forza Horizon 5, it would be a completely different story. Not only is the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport one of the fastest cars in FH5, but it also has one of the quickest accelerations on our list. Running the show is its quad-turbocharged 8.0L W16 engine, 1200 horsepower, 1106 lb-ft, and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. In practice, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport reaches speeds of 267 MPH; 0 to 62 clocks in at 2.5 seconds.
Bugatti Chiron
Another incredibly fast car by Bugatti is the Chiron. At first glance, the Chiron and Veyron Super Sport aren’t all that different, both in terms of specifications and physical appearance. The quad-turbocharged 8.0L W16 is traded for a Quad-turbo 8.0L W16, and the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission is swapped for a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. In return, the Bugatti Chiron receives 1500 horsepower and 1180 lb-ft of torque. Put the Bugatti Chiron on the open road and it’ll reach speeds of 269 MPH, going from 0 to 62 in just 2.3 seconds.
Porsche Taycan Turbo S
Forza Horizon 5, for the most part, showcases cars that are identical to their real-world counterpart with only a few minor modifications. What you’re driving in-game is very similar to how the real car handles. With the Porsche Taycan Turbo S, the game gives it a massive tune-up. The real car only has a top speed of 162 MPH; that’so pitiful compared to every car on our list. With the Welcome pack in Forza Horizon 5, the Porsche Taycan Turbo S gets a new kit. At its highest possible speed, it clocks in at 270 MPH; it accelerates 0 to 60 in just 2.6 seconds.
Hennessey Venom GT
Take the Lotus Elise 11S from Forza Horizon 4, give it a redesign, and what you’re left with is the Hennessey Venom GT. With a twin-turbocharged 7.0L V8 engine under the hood, this yellow demon is pushing 1451 horsepower. In just 2.7 seconds, the Hennessey Venom GT can reach 60 MPH. Give it an open road and the Hennessey Venom GT has a top speed of 270 MPH in Forza Horizon 5, as does its real-world counterpart.
Koenigsegg ONE:1
The Koenigsegg ONE:1’s strange name does serve a purpose and clues the driver in on the power the car can deliver. The ONE:1 weights 1360 kg and 1360 PS (that’s horsepower), creating a perfect 1:1 power-to-weight ratio; hence, its given name. In addition to the Koenigsegg ONE:1’s 5.0L twin-turbocharge V8, this particular Koenigsegg model will have the speedometer reading 273 MPH. Remember that name, though; it won’t be the last you hear of it.
Koenigsegg Agera RS
Koenigsegg returns to outdo the last one by what may not seem like a lot at first, but it’s significant in the realm of cars. On paper, the Koenigsegg Agera RS and the ONE:1 are practically identical. The Agera RS is no longer sharing the same weight-to-power ratio; in fact, it’s slightly heavier. While both models share parts, the downforces acting on the Koenigsegg Agera RS give it just a smidge more in speed. Give the Agera RS enough speed in Forza Horizon 5 and it will reach a maximum speed of 280 MPH.
Rimac Nevera
In a twist that no one saw coming, the Rimac Nevera earns its place as the second fastest car in Forza Horizon 5, outpacing the Koenigsegg Agera RS; otherwise, the Agera RS would be filling this spot. Where some cars beat out others by a mere mile or two, the Rimac Nevera beats the Koenigsegg Agera RS (in terms of top speed) by 14 MPH. The Rimac Nevera, with its nearly 2000 horsepower and electric motors, can reach a top speed of 294 MPH. Its acceleration is equally impressive, climbing to 60 MPH in just 2 seconds.
Koenigsegg Jesko
Yes, another Koenigsegg model, but this time it’s the Jesko, one of the fastest and most expensive vehicles in Forza Horizon 5. If you find a road long enough and straight enough, the Jesko can surpass its expected top speed of 300 MPH and reach speeds of 308 MPH. Such a speed is made possible thanks to the 5.0L twin-turbocharged V8 engine, alongside the 9-speed transmission. Equally important is just how well it handles, which is rated at a 10 (out of 10.)
2021 Hennessey Venom F5
What’s faster than the Koenigsegg Jesko, what many players considered the fastest car? Introduced in the Hot Wheels DLC, the 2021 Hennessey Venom F5 surpassed the Jesko’s top speed, but only by a few miles. When speeding down the large dips in the Hot Wheels expansion, the 2021 Hennessey Venom F5 can top at 312 MPH. With that said, this only applies to the tracks in the Hot Wheels expansion; otherwise, it dips to 306 MPH on a normal stretch of highway. In that sense, the Koenigsegg Jesko shares this spot with the 2021 Hennessey Venom F5. And that concludes our pick of the 10 fastest cars that you can drive in Forza Horizon 5. Looking for news on the next expansion for FH5? The Hot Wheels expansion was just announced during the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase 2022.
