How to Get Whetstone
There are two reliable ways to obtain Whetstones in V Rising, the first is obtaining them from the world, and the second is crafting them. V Rising Whetstones can often be found in certain bandit camps and areas with enemies, and you should come upon several of them as you explore the world. However, to make sure, you can always use the map to see what rewards await you in any particular area. An area that should be of interest is the Bandit Armory, which can be found in the western part of Farbane Woods, and is home to several Whetstones. More importantly, a level 27 boss named Grayson the Armourer can be found there and holds the Whetstone recipe. Defeat him, and you will have a way of creating this valuable resource back at your castle.
Crafting Whetstones
Using the Furnace, you can create a Whetstone using a combination of 1 Copper Ingot and 12 Stone Dust. The Furnace also has a chance of automatically generating Whetstones as long as it is kept running.
