How to Use In-App Support Feature on Whatsapp?

The new in-app support feature is now available in the beta version, and soon it will roll out to other users. To use the in-app support feature, you need to open Whatsapp » Settings » Help » Contact us. Now it will show you a message to beta testers of both platforms. “We will respond to you in a WhatsApp chat.” Whatsapp will contact users through its verified account, which has a green tick mark. It proves that the message is actually sent from Whatsapp. The chat support feature will send technical and diagnostic information like model number and settings of the device on which Whatsapp is used. These details will be used to find out the issue and fix it with Whatsapp. According to WABetaInfo, the details that are being shared on Whatsapp include your network connection details, Whatsapp app version, and your device model number. This feature is still under development and will be available soon for all the users. Apart from this, Whatsapp is also testing new animations for the heart emoji. At present, there is only a basic heart emoji, but now the company is planning to animate other emojis. This change is spotted on Whatsapp beta version 22.2.72 on iOS.
