Xiaomi RedmiBook 14 could launch in India next month as affordable Windows 10 laptop series.
A tipster Slashleaks suggested that Xiaomi is bringing RedmiBook series in June. An insider from Xiaomi India has hinted about this series. Later, the leak was removed from the site. However, the launch might get scheduled due to COVID-19 lockdown. If the RedmiBook launches next month, then all the laptop buyers will get a great option at an affordable price. In China, the RedmiBook 14 series has a mix of computing power, design and productivity at a reasonable price. The price in India of the Xiaomi laptops might start at Rs.30,000 or less than that. RedmiBook 14 has all-metal build shells. There will be a 14-inch display and a design like Apple MacBook designs. There will be AMD Ryzen, 3000 series processors, as it is same in Chinese models. All the top variants come with Nvidia MX250 GPU with which the user can do basic photo editing and a light video editing. In China, RedmiBook 14 series has different storage and RAM options. There is 8GB RAM and 256GB Storage. And the top-end variant offers 512GB storage. As the price will be less in India, Xiaomi can put HDD instead of SSD storage. However, the company might disrupt the laptop market with advanced features. As per the latest rumours, Xiaomi might launch the updated version of RedmiBook 14 laptops in China with new processors.
